Welcome to blue.box
This is the official blue.box wiki. blue.box is a configuration and management GUI for FreeSWITCH and Asterisk switching libraries. It supports multi-tenancy, skinning, and is completely open-source. It can be used with database and file replication to scale up to thousands of registered devices and simultaneous phone calls. It can operate in the cloud or on the premise.

Hi developers. Pretty new to bluebox. Excellent. But I experience problems in communicate with community and developers to discuss about issues and bugs.
I tried with irc channel, but it's really difficult to find answers there. Specially for plugin packages.
Can anybody drive me to right way to contact plugin developers? There is any page dedicated to discussion? Support discussion page doesn't work at all: blank page (https://2600hz.zendesk.com/access/login) after login
Thanks

So sorry for posting here, but Forum and Request in http://help.2600hz.com/ don't work for me. Blank page after login or after "Add" or "Submit" the post). IRC is useless tool for give and receive help if you don't want to post every 30min your question hoping someone who "knows" is logged in the moment.
Hope to get some clue in this are.
My issues (maybe bugs?) are on both the CallCenter Plugins (the one from Jon Blanton and the one from Rob Hutton)
In the first one, It's impossible to me to remove agents from tier and no action is possible in the tab "Manage" (only a little text "Manage" appears")
In the second plugin, I have three issues:
1) When I modify some agent parameter, a new line is inserted in call_center.conf.xml . If I delete an agent, the corresponding line in the xml is not removed. No matter if I resync the db
2) Even if I set the agent status to "Available" (and this is ok in the xml), the actual status of the agents remains "Logged out". I can see this by invoking from the CLI
> callcenter_config agent list
agent_1|single_box||callback|user/210@mydomain.com|Logged Out|Waiting|4|2|0|0|0 ...
agent_2|single_box||callback|user/206@mydomain.com|Logged Out|Waiting|4|2|0|0|0 ...
To let them actually get calls, I have to log them in from CLI changing their status
3) If I try to remove the package "Call Center Core" ( after all the other various packages "Call Center Queue", "Call Center Agents" etc) I get the error:
"Couldn't find class agentLocation"
To go on, I have to modify the package list in BlueBox Database.
Can anyone (developers ? ) help me and point me in the right direction to solve this issues?
Please please, I DO WANT USE FS+BB
ThanX !!
